We will be having a Spring Shape-up Challenge with our new Person Trainer Lisa. Spring is just around the corner, so this will be a great way to challenge yourself, meet people, have fun, and get fit! The Challenge starts March 20th, the first day of Spring, and runs for 8 weeks. There will be weekly weigh-ins and classes at 5pm on Tuesdays.  Check out the link below for all the details.
