Cost: $10.00 per person
per class - $60 total
Date: Saturdays beginning January 7, 2012
Time: 9 a.m.- 10:30 a.m.
Location: Basketball Court
Each Saturday will consist
of 30-45 minutes of lecture and Q&A with the remaining time reserved for
boot camp style workout and/or pool workout. On January 7th,
participants will be weighed, receive a body fat % measurement and have
measurements taken.
Lecture Topics Include:

Macronutrients
-
Determining individual caloric
needs specific to body fat reduction.

Basic meal planning, frequency and
good food choices.

Acceleration of the metabolism
through diet.

Exercise science and myths.
-
Effective Resistance Training for
fat loss.

Cardiovascular Training for fat
loss.
You Get:

Bring: Notebook,
workout attire, water and your questions and concerns.
Recommended Additional:

At least one Personal Training
session with Instructor to learn correct form and appropriate exercises and
resistance for you.

Attend other fitness classes!
Other important information
- Class must be paid in full at
time of registration ($60)
- Minimum of 5 registered to hold
class
- No refunds will be given unless
class is cancelled due to low attendance
- Must be a member to participate
Challenge
In order to qualify for
the Challenge you must:
- Attend all 6 Body
Transformation classes and workouts on Saturdays
- Attend at least 2 approved
fitness classes per week (approved classes are: Boot Camp, Kettlebell,
Aqua Aerobics, Zumba, Pilates and No Instructor - Insanity.
- Start a food journal on January
1st and turn into instructor every Saturday
- Have the largest percentage of
weight lost.
