Our cardio room consists of treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, bikes and rowing machines. We have five televisions and our cardio machines are equipped with Cardio Theater, a device which makes it possible to plug in your standard headphones and listen to your favorite TV programs. There are bottles of disinfectant and paper towels for you to clean the machines with after you are done using them.
