insurance purposes, we can not take care of children that you may be
watching for other people. Please see our Childcare Brochure for more
information.
Snacks:
-
Please do not bring snacks that could be a choking hazard (i.e. grapes).
-
Sippy cups or spill-proof water bottles are permitted. Water is preferred
but juice is okay as long as it is in a spill-proof bottle or cup. Please
do not bring juice boxes or pouches because they spill easily.
-
It would be helpful to the staff on duty if bottles and cups were labeled
with your child’s name, although this is not required.
* Snacks are allowed in the child center. It is recommended that you bring
a snack that your child can eat easily without help and is not messy. Some
suggestions are:
-
Goldfish
-
Cookies
-
Dry cereal
-
Crackers
-
Fruit snacks
-
Pretzels
Infants and Toddlers:
* Parents are responsible for changing diapers. We will come get you if
your child needs to be changed.
* Parents will be notified if their child has been crying for more than 15
minutes and cannot be comforted.
* Pacifiers and comfort items such as blankets are permitted in the Child
Center.
* Pre-mixed bottles are preferred but we will mix bottles.
* We do not potty train but will do our best to get your toddler to the
bathroom when they need to go. Please bring extra clothes because
accidents do happen.
If a child is seen as a danger to themselves or other children, Princeton
Health and Fitness has the right to remove that child from the center.
Behavior:
* Biting– If your child bites another child or the staff, we will come get
you and ask that your child be removed from the Child Center for the day.
* Bad Behavior- Redirection will be used for children younger than 3 years
of age. Children 3 years of age and older will first be given a warning
then a time-out. If the behavior continues after 3 time-outs, the parent
will be notified and will need to come get their child.
* You may leave your punch card and unlimited card in the child center. We
will notify you when you will need a new card.

possibly can.

apart from the other children and the parent will be notified to bring him
