Application
Pricing
$125.00 for 6 week session for one person in private lessons.
$75.00 for 6 week session for one person in semi-private lessons
(semi-private lessons will be for two people at approximately the same
swimming level).
Lessons
Lessons are 45 minutes for 6 sessions. Please be ready to begin
your session at your scheduled appointment time. Please make sure you are
properly checked into the gym and showered before entering the pool. (Lessons

Program Description
Our swimming lessons are available to participants 3 years to adult.
Princeton Health & Fitness’ Private and Semi-Private swimming lessons are
designed to teach the basics of how to swim all the way up to stroke
technique. Kickboards, noodles and goggles may
be used along with other aids to help with basic swimming.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal from classes needs to be made at least 48 hours before the first
session and participant will receive a full refund. A participant may
withdraw before the second session and be refunded 50%. No refunds given
after second session.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours cancellation notice is required. Should the client wish to
reschedule an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If the request to cancel or reschedule an appointment is placed less than 24
hours prior to the appointment, regardless of gym hours, the client will be
not be allowed to reschedule.
*Lessons will be cancelled if you are over 10 minutes late.
Enrollment Information
1. Complete the Private and Semi-Private Swim Lesson Application (attached).
2. Complete the Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk Form (attached).
3. We will contact you to schedule lessons.
4. Before the first lesson, payment must be made at the front desk of
Princeton Health and Fitness.

* Students are required to provide their own goggles. Swim diapers are
required for children who are not yet toilet trained.
