Health Club Savings

Whether you like to swim, take a class, or work with weights, health clubs are a great way to gain and maintain fitness.

UCare for Seniors members who belong to a participating health club can receive a reduction of up to $15 in their health club membership fees each month.* To qualify, just bring your UCare ID card to a participating facility and complete a health club participation form.

If you enjoy working out with others and want to increase your level of fitness while working out at your own pace, then EnhanceFitness® classes are a great fit for you!

EnhanceFitness® classes are offered here on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:15 am

EnhanceFitness® classes are proven to safely improve strength and fitness in older adults. Classes are led by highly-trained instructors, so you get the results you want.
