A fun, full body & low-impact workout that sculpts, strengthens & stretches muscles. Get a great workout utilising the barre, weights and your own body weight. Something different every class. Ideal for all levels & experience.

Belly Dancing

Starting back up after summer.
7:15pm with Denise

Learn the basics or refresh your belly dancing technique. Simple combinations of steps for better balance, body awareness, confidence & conditioning. Tone your arms, lower back & abs. Wear whatever feels comfortable.

Body Sculpt

A quick & effective 30 minute strength class that focuses on isolated muscle work using body weight, free weights, bands and exercise balls. All levels are welcome in class! The perfect lunchtime workout.

 

Boot Camp

Combines elements of strength training, HIIT and more to elevate metabolism, burn fat & calories, improve strength, tone muscles, strengthen core & improve health. Lots of variety & fun! Ideal for all fitness levels.

Get a fast-paced workout in the gymnasium - the perfect way to get your cardio in! There will be something different in every class to keep it fun & fresh.

Mind/Body Yoga

Appropriate for all ages, abilities & experience levels. This traditional form of classical style Hatha yoga works the entire body; stretching muscles, building foundational strength, detoxing, improving focus, stimulating your glandular systems, improving balance and challening the cardiovascular system. Yoga helps balance mind, body and spirit. Come on in! Relax and learn to “be” your yoga.

Pickleball

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis & table tennis. Two or four players use paddles to hit a perforated polymer ball (similar to a Wiffle Ball) over a net. There is no instructor. Just show up and play Pickleball with anyone else who shows up. Try something new! Ideal for all fitness levels.

Every class is something different and we’ll surprise you every time! The focus is on strength training - utlising bands, medicine balls, weights & more. You’ll get a great workout for an entire hour.

An aerobic workout that uses the water’s natural resistance to increase your cardiovascular fitness.

 

Senior Classes

Senior Aqua Fit

Tuesdays, Thursdays
8am

Water workouts for those with arthritis, joint or muscle concerns. This low-impact toning and exercise program focuses on muscle flexibility and range of motion. No swimming skills required.

BOOM Muscle

This 30-minute class is for all fitness levels and focuses on the improvement of vascular health and muscular endurance. Light Hand Weights, combined with light aerobic movements, will concentrate on major muscle groups.

Senior Strength & Balance

Designed to help you become stronger & improve balance. The movements focus on improving function around the ankle, knee & hip joints while improving reaction time. Ideal if one of your goals is fall prevention. This class is scalable to your individual needs.

Senior Yoga

Improve your whole body through a complete series of seated & standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance & range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Silver & Fit Excel

Designed for the athletic older adult looking for a challenging workout. Improve your heart health, muscular endurance, strength, flexibility & balance. Exercises are freestanding and involve more complex movements for advanced fitness levels. This class will help you to continue all the activities you love to do, like playing sports or trying a new dance routine.
